Previously I had thought that part of the intention of the flybe owners was to keep going until they gained grandfather rights over the Heathrow IAG remedy slots. A couple of posters a few weeks ago pointed out reasons why my theory didn't work. (Then of course reality set in and flybe closed down anyway.)
Now there's confirmation from ACL that the flybe remedy slots have reverted to BA:

With the announced suspension of the 80/20 rule due to coronavirus, BA won't actually have to operate these slots in S2020.
