Airsouthwest, the administrators are keeping a small number of flight ops staff employed to keep the AOC running. They have also kept some flybe engineers on to maintain the aircraft until they leave or otherwise.
It is pretty standard that you keep a certain number of people from the old business on. Bumped into old work colleague who worked for a now defunct business and he kept on for 9 months after business folded. Mind you every day was going in playing cards, chatting and on the internet as liquidators were seeking a buyer and need his expertise to show them around.
