737ng uncommanded slats

Hi folks one quick question(s) for the tech wizards out there who hopefully will be able to shed some light and clear the doubts about something a read in the 737ng maintenance manual trying to learn more about the misterious FSEU and SMYD’s - at least for me!
Anyway it was mentioned that if the FSEU detects an uncommanded motion of the LE flaps and slats, it will signal the SMYD’s to reset the triggering point for the stall and to the PSEU to reconfigure the takeoff warning - provided that all the other conditions are met - airborne, speed greater than 60kts and not in alternate mode - What does that mean exactly? That there will be no stall warning at all or to what extent will it affect it? And what about the takeoff warning, will the PSEU trigger bypassing the airborne/60 knot criteria?
I also read that whenever an uncommended motion is detected, FSEU drives the uncommended sov closed, depressurizng the retract line, causing a locking valve in the actuators to close, creating a hydraulic lock which prevents the actautor from moving: if that is the case how can the system be reset provided that it does, if the flap lever is moved to the next higher setting as per the QRH?
i hope my questions are not too complicated in their exposure and many thanks for your willingness.
