The NPPL and UK/EASA PPL will merge into a single UK PPL,
The NPPL is not ICAO compliant.
The EASA PPL is ICAO compliant.
I cannot therefore see how these can be “merged.”
The original UK CAA PPL is ICAO compliant and this may be what you are referring to.
