if you can secure a decent job at home, stay there, flying as an expat means that you are there purely because they cannot get enough locals or they can get away with paying you a lot less, while being able to screw you over and get away with it. It all looks very exciting in the brochures and marketing videos. Be warned, an OK option to make baucks quickly and leave or if there are no decent options at home. OR, don't stay at an expat gig long enough to get a local wife, local kids, local credit card, local mortgage, local car mother in law driving license business club friends hobbies... then you will be permanently trapped in a temporary job.
