EasyJet are the biggest virtue signalling airline that preach about equality yet only take candidates whom have a distinct financial advantage and then ask them for more money upon completion of training for a type rating they have more than enough money to fund themselves.

The sooner people realise this and stop believing the marketing BS of the big schools that supply this airline their pilots the better.

These same schools who cannot possibly deliver quality training due to the sheer volumes they need to train to maintain their business model in unrealistic time scales.

The only way they can do this is by cutting corners in training and only using examiners they like to use for obvious reasons.

MPL’s are the above and worse. Your licence is worthless if the airline goes bust.

A MPL is a minimum 5 year risk. ( 2 years training + 3 years to 1500 hours) why would anybody with a modicum of common sense commit a 6 figure sum / their parents house to do this?
