What is the point of impounding aircraft as it is commonly known that Flybe does not own a single of its aircraft anymore? Do the owners cough up money in such a situation in order to get hold of the aircraft without legal proceedings?
My understanding is the debt stays with the a/c - if the owner wants it back, they'll have to pay up.
