I made my decision, I didn’t book my flight for next week, I’m going by train.
If the CEO of an airline makes a statement that his airline will run out of money and begs the government for help, passengers will take note and look for a more dependable means of travel.
This is just the last of a long list of management failures. The interesting part is that different managers have come in and made different mistakes.
