No offence, but ‘good time to buy’?? At $0.10 per share they may go up $0.02 one day, if a miracle occurred! Years of pathetic management and a share price that since it was floated has pretty much dropped by100% in value would indicate it is a dud investment. It’s a shame, no doubt about it, but a reality. Largely the only reason it's survived despite the crap management has been the billions tipped in by it's gullible investors.
