Hi All.
I have gotten the agency package for this job (DEC A320 rated) and it talks about minimum secured salary for 60 hours only. Above that it will be overtime pay. The package however is based on 80 hour block(10.5K net). Agency is saying that flying is actually close to 80 or even more. BUT.....
All I want to ask is do JJ* pilots actually fly 80 hrs or the company tries their best to restrict flying to 60 hrs per head to avoid paying OT.
If it is 60, The Net Salary after tax is really less for a Capt I think (8.2K USD).
Can somebody verify this?
