I would imagine that as Flybe was purchased for next to nothing all that would be lost is the working capital injected. Connect would be kept separate and in no way would their assets be at risk by Flybe collapsing. However, Stobart presumably would be liable in some way to its partners for its share of the losses made in the venture.
