There’s no flap 20 in a 737. Take off flap settings are 1,5,15 & 25. As alluded to, 15 & 25 are for field limited departures. The SFP (short field performance) variant of the NG has a greater wing camber (up to flap 15) providing an even greater regulated take off mass in comparison to the conventional model.
