2 weeks ago, the ATPL cadets were safe. Today, all of the planned easyjet command courses have been cancelled. This means that using the large current pool of MPL cadets will continue to pop out towards the line without new captains freeing up spaces. In addition to that, a lot of FOs leave easyjet for BA which new cadets replace, this will certainly be halted in the short term as they won't be moving over. They will need to maintain the balance and there is easily a year and a half of people in the training pipeline as it stands. I think to call anything safe right now is a severe over estimation. Be careful and have a plan is all I can suggest!
