I wouldn’t take that as absolutely correct. All MPL spaces are currently safe, sure. But that’s because at the moment no planned redundancies at EZY. If that changes over the coming months then nobody will be joining the airline at the end of training, can’t be completing the training of MPL’s on line training and laying off FO’s at the same time.
This was an open day, they wan’t your business so just be careful with plans etc.
