With New York starting shortly, they’re set to train around 30 CPTs/SOs and 50 FOs onto the 787.
They are already preemptively hiring and training on the Turbroprop fleets.
This new change in recruitment (no externals) is a load a crap. So many experienced jet pilots being turned away in exchange for some 25yo ATR captain with a fresh ATPL.
