The MAPT for the YPAD RNAVZ 05 is PADSM, it is still in the Ozrunways database, is this the sort of thing you mean?
Yes thats exaclty what I am referring to. Look at some regional airports and the MAPt is only shown as, for example RW14 on the Port Hedland RNAV-Z procedure.
