Swapping systems
Hello.
I'd like to ask you guys about the system working in your airline to change flights/trips among pilots.
Where I work the system to change it works pretty good, but there is not a system to find someone to change it.
So we have a Telegram group with over 300 pilots, and everyone posts there the flight/trip they want to swap.
If you find a good change there which is suitable for you, then you go on the intranet and send that swap easily, then just wait for it to be approved.
The ideal would be a system where I post my morning flight, and tell it i want to change it for night flight or off day. Then the system would do the match and show flights of other crews that matches my search. But only of those who are willing to change it and have already send their flights to the system.
I guess that many airlines have some kind of 'matching' system as explained already in their intranet, but for those who doesn't have one, how do you do it?
