Just had a look at the slot trades section of the ACL website. All the info on were the extra ABZ & EDI slots for S20 have come from, along with details of how the GCI/IOM and NQY slots are being used this coming summer can be found there. Further details are below:

Newquay - 28 weekly slots were granted to BE for S19 to operate there 4 x daily flights to NQY. On the 31st October 2019 a application was submitted with ACL to swap 28 slots to VS:

Guernsey & Isle of Man - 14 weekly slots were allocated to BE for S19 to operate a daily flight to GCI and IOM. On 14th November a application was submitted with ACL to lease BE’s 14 slots to DL for S20:
