Would it be remiss to point out that ANY who thought a path through any of the subsidiaries could see them end up in J* OZ is...interesting?
Firstly point out that residency/ability to live in OZ to fly for J* OZ would be a requirement, for whatever reason doubt J* head office will facilitate that for non qualifiers.
EXISTING J* OZ pilots/QF pilots can/have taken LWOP to go and fly with subsidiaries entities, some just for the experience, some to accelerate command, whatever.
The thought that you can become a J* OZ pilot by being a contract pilot in a subsidiary entity....interesting, maybe delusional. Take your pick.
