the requirement of minimum 300 hrs for anybody who will be touching the controls might be related to aicraft insurance policy and/or leasing agreements.
It's sad to see that Wizz is no longer accepting cadet pilots. Probably because of the situation in the market. The company it looks like a really attractive one to work for, though.
