The law is very clear, a company that fails to satisfy a CCJ that is issued against it in the 30-day court grace period is defined in law as insolvent, allowing for a compulsory liquidation to take place.
I've never heard that before, are you sure? CCJ's can be issued for all manor of things, not just down to inability to pay a debt. Being insolvent is when a company has a negative balance sheet.
