Flying foxhunter congratulations on getting guidance or an answer from our erstwhile regulator. Unfortunately for all of us it is diametrically opposed to the guidance and answer provided to no lesser a body than AOPA I believe. This is not to be confrontational, but simply to highlight the awful lack of joined-up thinking that has become the stock in trade of the Authority that generates contradiction, confusion and uncertainty particularly across both private and professional licensing.
