The Maths and Physics sections were GCSE level and the questions got progressively harder (no calculator but all the formulas you need are given). I found that the CAE package that you can buy went into a lot more detail than you need for most of the topics, but make sure you're really up to scratch on you speed/distance/time and fuel burn rate calculations and you'll be fine here. I bought the latestpilotjobs package which I found extremely helpful for all the other elements of the assessment.

What was the ADAPT test itself like - aside from the maths/physics?
