Actually, Vmini is 50 KIAS last time I looked. Doesnt matter what function you are using.
It depends on which Phase.
Phase 7 GA mode is ‘41kts to VNE’. Most of the other modes are either 50 or 60kts.
For Phases 4, 5 & 6, most modes start at 60kts.
