Omg I know! I’m so curious as to how many of us there is as well!! And yeah I feel like surely they’d give us at least 2-3 weeks notice but I have a gut feeling they’re gonna contact us around March for some reason, so maybe only book your trip a week or so in advance just in case so you don’t lose money? 😟 it’s soo stressful not knowing 😭
Please don’t expect a nice notice period, they will literally give you 3 days notice before you start ground school if they need to. It’s very common. Not to freak you out but it’s just the way they work, I guess the theory is that if you panic and say no they’ll just get the next person in line.
Some people are lucky and get a week notice but it’s usually a last minute arrangement. I’ve heard from many people of being sent their contract on a Friday, flown to another city on Sunday to start ground school on a Monday! That’s the nature of aviation though I guess, always changing
