Personally I would make it absolutely clear that they are separate hours. The last thing you want is misleading your future employer as to your total EASA FCL hours PIC, if this is what they've asked for. It would not look good at the interview stage if they caught you out.

Everyone has had to jump through a lot of hoops to get the interview. Sure, make yourself look as good as possible, but I'd draw the line at counting hours which cannot truly be counted towards the total time the airline is realistically looking for.
