Not sure that he is, to be fair. It's a reasonable question...when you've got owners who have cash why does it need a government intervention to be saved? Either the owners/investors think there's something worth saving
or they don't. If they don't think it's worth investing in then let it die and any routes that have potential will soon be picked up as has happened time and time again.
