Hurray for the CAA!
What!!!??? I hear you cry?
Let me explain.
Last Tuesday afternoon I sat down with a student who had just passed his skills test for PPL(A) and we completed his on-line application, finishing about 1600. I got an e-mail from him this morning saying his licence had arrived in the post this morning (Monday). That means the CAA posted it on Friday.
