What do you mean by commuting roster? There are 3 thing that fit that name in Wizz:
1. Reverse roster - where you start and end your block of duties outside of your homebase (i.e. based in OTP, living in Bergamo), and you change seats with your colleague in your place of living (not base) for a fixed roster pattern.
2. Floating pilot contract (20on/10off pattern), where you don't have a homebase, instead you start and end at some 'entry' airport, and the company transports you anywhere they need in the network during your 20 days ON.
3. Fixed 14/7 roster pattern which is offered to make commuting easier
1 and 3 are not financially compensated, and you are responsible for your own accomodation at home base. In case of 2 the company provides hotel accomodation during your block of duties, plus some extra $.
All of these options are only available for selected bases/airports.
So, you can pick what roster pattern fits you the most? Let's say you dont have any bases nearby or just preffer to be on floating contract then you just sing in to it without any seniority and so on?
