Given the number of changes in their network in recent times (and given that for the prices they charge they're presumably aiming for people that want direct flights to odd places and are willing to pay a premium for the time saving; if I have to change I can do that with a cheaper airline), it would seem sensible to make it easy to find out where they fly. Reminds me a bit of what BMI became like...
I think it is very easy to understand: they are just taking the tiny crumbs left on the market and trying to survive on those. A bit of cargo, a bit of acmi, a bit of regular (for what it is worth) flights, trying this, trying that, than changing it all again. As long they are not competing with the big guys, which will be really hard as well.

But yes, as a customer, this is not always too helpful and one can ask where the reliability is.
