It has to be signed by a Bank in Singapore so if you are not bringing $60000 in Cash with you when you arrive then if paperwork not done within 20 days to SQ satisfaction then Bye Bye !!
I am assuming the same conditions that apply to Mainline with regards "Bondage" also apply to this Cargo deal.
