I’m not sure where the stress test requirement comes from - CASA I presume?
For what it’s worth....
You and your DAME would have received a letter from CASA outlining the reasons for the Cardiac Investigation.
Make sure you file it (and make appropriate notes). Changing GPs, DAMEs or Cardiologists makes finding old records difficult.
From my experience, once these issues crop up they tend to continue.
