It doesn’t look like a modern Airbus/Eurocopter panel to me. They tend to have use semi-circular dials for engine read outs.
It doesn’t look like a modern Agusta either. I thought Sikorsky (S76D?) but a quick Google images search implies not.
So, maybe a modern Mil of some sort?
