If it was G-EMID, G-INFO (
https://siteapps.caa.co.uk/g-info/) states that it is a 2006 airframe. So, although the aircraft might look like a more recent EC135, the transponder might be the older, Mode S only type (ie no ADS-B).
However, in this age of NPAS, there was no guarantee that the aircraft actually was G-EMID. Even if you live in the East Midlands.
