A 737 is pretty easy to fly except when its not. I imagine that the eventual approved procedures on the Max will be an NG with one added memory item.
Not really what? The NG safety record is enviable - one of the best ever for a commercial airliner (and slightly better than the A320 series, although the difference is small enough that I doubt it's statistically significant).
