Not sure why anyone would sign up for that can of worms. It’s one thing to train guys and gals who are motivated and have some talent. Most of the current crop lack one or the other. Some lack both.
Not to mention the current crop of TC's are useless in their own right. Only in that position because they are spineless and selfish.
