"Flexible Mission" providers
I am curious to other helicopter pilots thoughts on this latest trend of service operators trying to become middle men between helicopter operators and helicopter pilots.
Will it drive down pilot pay long term?
Will full time pensionable jobs become obsolete if the trend develops?
What is their cut for each pilot provided?
Who pays for keeping pilots current: Medicals/ Types/ IR/ Recurrency?
