As long as you have the minimum criteria for flying they generally don't dig too much into your education. Most flight schools depending if you're integrated or modular will look into your actual grades and Btecs to see if they are the equivalent to transfer across to the course as when you graduate flight school/complete, the airlines want to see your capabilities of flying and how you did in your ATPL's
