I don't mean to fool anyone. When I post the thread, it is true that JC still is good option, the delay is not too much.
Unfortunately, the past few months, things getting worse so quickly. I apologize for not updating this threat. and thank you for your notice, and wish you good luck to get all salary and find a good option soon.
