ME/IR renewal - Expired by 12 years.

Hi everyone.

As the subject title say, my ME/IR have expired by 12 years.

Anyone have a fairly good knowledge on what is required for a renewal?

I’m flying as FO on Airbus and have a valid, but not using it, IRI on SEP.

Any idea and/or input? For sure through an ATO but is it an hour issue in regards to training or just “to proficiency”
