It’s great when you just need a refresh of things as it doesn’t bore you in detail and is a nice read.

Airbus A320: An Advanced Systems Guide on the iBook format (shame they don’t do a hard copy) as it goes into lovely detail and the pictures are brilliant. It’s great learning about things such as LGCIU’s etc and it actually shows you what they physically look like and where they are. FCOM just get boring.
Bens' guide is great, I hope he updates it for the Neo.

Primacy is powerful. you'r operator may do things differently. My advise is to go over this to get a basic idea of the systems; but wait until training. unlearning stuff is a nightmare....
