I wonder how long before CASA claim protection under Sect 9 of the Civil Aviation Act 1988?
It is long overdue to have adopted a single set of Regulations only. Where else in the big wide world would you find a Regulator concurrently using CAR 1988, and CASR 1998.
No wonder the last 31 years have slipped by and the problems have increased proportionately. Too easy to get their act together.
No reason to give up the good fight though.
