Not enough information to make a judgement yet, there could easily have been a genuine technical problem or it could have been crew error. The fact that the aircraft is still grounded is more than likely due to the oxygen generators having been activated and needing to be replaced. Jakarta is a maintenance base, had the problem occurred at a remote destination then the aircraft may need to be ferried back empty as O2 generators are difficult to transport.
