I suspect your best course of action would be to contact your new SOLI and explain that you have completed a TR whilst waiting for the transfer and ask them to endorse it onto your new licence. If the UK CAA has sent all your details to them then they will not be able to issue the TR. Your UK licence will be withdrawn as you cannot hold more than one licence.

The thing is that as far as I know, the licence I have got in my hand is the one to be considered valid.
So apparently is not true.
