The floodgates will open when the MOU is eligible for 787 FO slots under the MOU.
Right now they pay for the TR and don’t start the training wage until the TR is completed.
If they already have a TR, they will be paid from day 1 and just need to do the QF conversion. Which should be fairly similar considering JQ trained the QF 787 pilots. Initially anyway.
