FI’s and ‘Decent” FI’s are two completely different things. If I thought I could make £60 an hour regularly as an FI I’d go renew my rating. I loved instructing but moved on in the industry after working for too many crap schools who, by the sounds of things, still haven’t really increased the hourly rate for instructors in 20 years!
