Thanks for the feedback, I was expecting it would turn out like that, and I'm sure the same will happen on the Melbourne Open Day next week...
I'm not sure what Emirates is thinking but it is very annoying to think they advertise for these stupid open days and act as if they didnt think so many people would turn up . At the last Melbourne Open Day they had 1000 people waiting and they turned away everyone. Many applicants had come from all over Australia.
My friends over in Dubai say that Emirates is desperate for cabin crew, however they seem to be doing alot of nothing..
Anyway, now that I have that out of my system I feel a little better.. My only explanation for the Open Day is that the recruiters need an excuse to travel around the world and get paid to do so, so some head honcho has devised this Open Day idea
