What a farce, members of parliament should only be commited to their constituency and their conscience, not any party line or politics.
It cannot change while Westminster is still inhabited by the current muppets, so how could the population force a change, given that not one of those MP's has placed that as a future inducement to vote for them, and even if one or two did the rest would just ignore them or vote the idea out.
