Por lo menos, "podemos" not "podeos", and "cojer" does not mean "pull toward you". The point is that pulling on the tube activates the oxygen, and if you simply "coja a la mascarilla" you may not turn on the flow. Use "tirar".
In South America "cojer" has an unfortunate slang meaning, as in the joke - "como se coje el autobus" to which the answer is "por el tubo de escape, pues".
