I once used Eped.. Dot com for a Manila-Guangzhou-Paris-Manchester flight, 2 days before they sent an e-mail that the Guangzhou to Paris sector had been cancelled, but they had me on CONFIRMED flights Guangzhou via Amsterdam instead....
I arrived at the airport to be told that nothing had been confirmed at all, luckily the staff there were fantastic, within 10 minutes I was booked on the CANCELLED Guangzhou to Paris flight.
i contacted Exped.. A few times but never once got a reply... Now I use other search sites but book direct with the airline.
